How do you get a ten-year-old and a sixty-nine year-old to work out together and still have fun?

What about adding a teenager, a couple of almost middle-aged folk and a sixty-six year-old lady?

We did over the holidays as our family from Australia visited us in L.A. Not shy of a good feed, especially when my mum is the chef, we managed to keep excess pounds at bay by staying active.
