FIVE GOLDEN RULES OF SAFETY & RESULTS
How do you know how to get the most out of your workouts? Are you working at the correct level of effort needed to really get results?
To get good results one has to know what to focus on regarding workouts & training. There are five basic senior elements to training that will make it safer, faster & more effective, here they are:
1 – BREATH – do not hold breath during any type of exercise or workout. One breath one Rep. (movement)
2 -FORM -deliver perfect exercise form (once you learn it). Stop when your form becomes compromised from fatigue or other.
3 – EFFORT – use the correct effort or force during exercise. Know that the last few Reps. is where it counts. No struggle (with good form) no gain. Use the correct level based on your current, health, injury free & experience.
4 – PAIN – if you experience any joint, muscular or nerve pain, means stop, back off, recheck form, if that does not help, leave it alone for now.
5 – REST – avoid over training, give the body some time to heal & recover if you have been training hard.

Thanks for posting about this, I would like to read more about this topic.
Glad you enjoyed it Barry, we will be adding more content soon.
Great advice. I have been following it and am injury-free after several years of pretty hard-core training
