After suffering a massive heart attack, I’ve been working with Rudi twice a week since October of 2017. We have focused on a LOT of stretching and strength, as well as some cardio. I would say most of what I do is stretching, and this has REALLY helped my recovery process.
Last week, I went snowboarding for the first time in a few years. What struck me initially was how balanced I felt on the board- like I was not fighting any compensatory muscle factors in my body. I was just there, perfectly on the board. I honestly have to say, at age 58, I snowboarded better than I ever had in my life! That is saying a LOT, and is still hard for me to believe. But it is true!
My knees had been bothering me off and on for about 1 ½ years and progressively had been more and more bothersome.
I have been following this program and my knees are not at all hurting anymore and feel strong and repaired. This provided the missing technology needed to totally fix my knees and we have begun now addressing the overall health, strength and fitness of the rest of my body.
I am totally relieved and happy that I have found Rudi and his program and it has helped fill in the missing education on my body that has given me the tools to fix and handle my own body.
My body has been feeling really good! I feel stronger and more stable and balanced, and my knee has been feeling much better compared to when I started. Can I find this information on the internet?
No, this is information we have developed over thirty years of face-to-face instruction with thousands of different people. It’s basically the missing ingredient to all other exercise programs. We’ve been so busy helping people with it that we haven’t had time to share it broadly.
Can I contact you outside of class?
Yes, you can always email with questions. You’ll get all the details when you register.
Will I be able to get the classes on my phone?
Absolutely, you’ll be able to access the classes any time and any where.
Will there be homework?
Yes, but nothing too over-the-top. Everything you learn in the classes you should start applying in your life right away. The more you use the techniques you’ll learn, the better you will feel.
Will I have to do strenuous exercise?
Not in this class. There will be some activity but you will learn how to guage the intensity so that it is exactly at the level that works best for you. This class is more about making sure you understand and can apply key basics rather than making you sweat.
